Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Climax Cybra is a voice-first assistant that helps users manage connected tools such as calendar, email, files, messaging, maps, and accounting services. This policy explains what data we access and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Google User Data

If you connect Google, Climax uses Google user data only to provide requested app features. For example, we may read calendar availability, create calendar events, send Gmail messages, read Gmail metadata needed for summaries, or read Drive metadata when you ask the assistant to work with your files.

Climax does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the requested assistant feature.

Climax Cybra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Data

Storage and Security

We store connection data on the Climax server and use technical safeguards such as HTTPS, session tokens, rate limiting, and server-side OAuth handling. Users can disconnect services from the app when they no longer want Climax to access them.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and connection data while the user keeps an account or connected service. Users may request deletion of their account data or disconnect integrations at any time.
